Sources and evidence hierarchy

• We prefer peer-reviewed primary research, trial registries, regulators and established scientific databases.
• Human clinical evidence is separated from animal, cell and mechanistic evidence.
• Research compounds are not described as approved treatments.

Writing and review

• Pages should identify limitations, conflicting findings and important safety context.
• Source links must support the nearby claim and are reviewed when content is materially updated.
• Publication and review dates are shown where the site has reliable records; structured metadata supplies the latest technical update date.

Calculators

Calculators are educational mathematical tools. Their outputs depend on user input and assumptions and are not dosing instructions or medical recommendations.
